Dave came to Mountain Home in 1969 and started work at KTLO in December of that year. Dave has spent 39 years in the broadcast industry specializing in commercial radio production, marketing, broadcast engineering, plus electronics and computer technical support, and remains station engineer at radio stations KPFM, KKTZ, KOMT and is on the air Monday through Friday 6am to 8am on KOMT Star 107.5 FM. Dave also served as an Auxiliary Deputy under former Baxter County Sheriff Joe Edmonds and Volunteer Firefighter for the Mountain Home Fire Department under former Fire Chief Dale Harris.

Dave's professional goal grew to include attaining his agent's license from the Arkansas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Arkansas Association of Realtors®, and North Central Board of Realtors®. His specialty is the marketing of residential property as a listing agent licensed in Arkansas, digital photography, video and virtual tours production. Dave has been employed for the past 7 years at Larry Black and Associates Real Estate in charge of the management and development of the company's web site, computer technician of the company’s Network Infrastructure, the promotion and development of print and broadcast commercial advertising and is chief engineer of the only on site multi-media recording studio in the real estate market.

Dave's work and personal ethics along with his background and professional goals has given him "an edge" that is very unique in the Real Estate Industry and to Larry Black and Associates. Dave and Peggy have been married for 32 years and work together at Larry Black and Associates.
